Blounts Creek is in Eastern NC in an area referred to as the Inner Banks.  Although our location can be considered remote, we are surrounded by picturesque, historical towns and beaches.  We are a day trip away from the Crystal Coast (Morehead area) on the Atlantic Ocean.  If you are a history buff we are relatively short drives from Bath, Washington and New Bern. Our local highways are also connected to the scenic sound and river ferry systems of eastern NC.
